Health and Safety Institute (HSI) and their affiliate, Summit Training Source, offer an extensive library of training videos. Their catalog includes OSHA, DOT and EPA training topics, and hundreds more environmental health and safety titles (many also available in Spanish).

DVDs are discounted to $189 each for policyholders. Streaming videos are also available for purchase directly from HSI’s website. Both formats include the training video and supporting documents that facilitate delivery of the content to employees.

Employee Assessment Tools

Employee attitudes and behaviors play a key role in safety performance. Psychometric Canada offers their WorkSafe Predictor and Employee Reliability Inventory assessments to help identify these attributes and provide opportunities to improve safety and reduce turnover. A one-time, online portal registration fee of $99 includes your first five assessments.
